Chris McIlravy - Student Minister
Hi my name is Chris. I was born in a small north Arkansas town to good parents. As our family grew up, it got an education on what the American broken family's experince is all about. My life was looking pretty dismal until I discovered that Jesus loved me. I accepted Jesus in my heart when I was thirteen but did not follow Him until later. Finally, as a Junior High School student, I had an encounter with Jesus that changed my life forever. I rededicated and surrendered my life to Jesus as Lord and have followed him ever since that day. In the summer of 1998, I went on my first mission’s trip which completely opened my eyes to a lost and broken world’s need for Jesus. In the fall of that same year I received my call from God to the ministry. The call was this: that for the rest of my life I would not necessarily have a regular job, but my job would be telling people about Jesus. In early 2004, I met my beautiful bride Brooke and we were married in 2005. Our first daughter Sadie was born to us on September 27, 2007. Our second born is Ryleigh Maddison on April 1, 2009. My wife and I love working with students and feel a strong pull to ministry, missions, and family. We wish you all the best!! God Bless!!!
